Lemon Layer Cake

(This is a somewhat dense cake, similar to a "pound cake" type of texture. 

We liked it served with fresh strawberries and cool whip)

 

Chocolate Cupcakes

Very delicious and moist - no frosting needed. 

We liked these with a light dusting of powdered sugar on top.
