One of my very favorite things (to make and to eat!) are cream cheese mints. They can be individually molded by hand in a variety of shapes , sizes and colors. (See a listing of designs that are currently available in the right-hand column.) They are so good that you probably can't eat just one! They are perfect for bridal and baby showers, anniversary parties and weddings.
Always a favorite for bridal and baby showers, holiday parties, tea parties or just about any occasion! Moist, delicious cake frosted with buttercream, individualyl covered with an additional frosting and topped with a buttercream decoration.
When all you need is just a bite (or two) these little bitty cakes are just right. Available in any basic cake flavor with choice of buttercream or cream cheese frosting. Pictured below: Carrot cake bites with a swirl of cream cheese frosting.
